Refund and Return Policy for Team Yeshua

Thank you for shopping with Team Yeshua. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. Please review our policy below:

1. Returns

• Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello.helpdesk.foryou@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items are exempt from being returned:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items on sale or clearance

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at hello.helpdesk.foryou@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• For exchanges due to defective or damaged items, we will cover the shipping costs.
