2. Returns and Exchanges

  • We do not process returns or exchanges directly. Printify manages all returns and exchanges based on their policies.

  • Customers should review Printify’s return policy before making a purchase.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@team-yeshua.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue with Printify.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where Printify approves a return or replacement due to a product defect or error.

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or any issue outside of Printify’s policies.

4. Reporting an Issue

  • Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem so we can work with Printify to find a resolution.

5. Cancellations
